SHIPPING
Our preferred method of shipping is via international courier, using Express Mail Service (EMS). EMS works in conjunction with USPS (US) and ParcelForce (UK), both of which allow us to keep track of your order. We are happy to ship our products to most destinations. Please allow 1-3 days for the processing of your order before it is shipped. Please contact us prior to placing your order and you will be provided with a quote for the cost of shipping. We do not charge fees for handling or processing your order.

DELIVERY, TAXES AND DUTIES
Delivery to the USA and Canada is approximately 2-3 business days, for the UK and Europe 3 - 4 business days, for the Caribbean 1 – 2 business days and all other destinations 4 - 5 business days. These expected delivery times are estimates only. You are responsible for all taxes and duties to be paid at destination.

RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns on our products for reasons of hygiene; except if the order contains faulty products, damages or breakages. In such cases please contact us immediately to organize a replacement. We will exchange the defective merchandize with a new one in the same size and will not charge you for the shipping. However, you will be required to ship the damaged goods to us at your own expense.

REFUNDS
If you are not pleased with your purchased product, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the product so we can best decide the course of action. We encourage you to carefully read the ingredients and information listed under every product to help you make the best choices for your skin.
